minutes to ensure reliability. Highly qualified Network Specialists who
perform 7 x 24 network monitoring, staff our Network Operations Centre.
ATT also conducts more than 150,000 test calls per month to measure our
call success rate. Monthly network availability is measured to ensure

receive complete reliability. We guarantee our availability a minimum
of 99.5% of the time or we refund 25% of your monthly fee. Further, if
you are not completely satisfied during your first 30 days, you can cancel
your Internet Connectivity Solution without penalty and AT&T Canada will refund
any set-up and monthly fees.
