ATT's ensures the network performance through a series of continuous testing procedures. We proactively monitor the network and dedicated connections every five minutes to ensure reliability. Highly qualified Network Specialists who perform 7 x 24 network monitoring, staff our Network Operations Centre. ATT also conducts more than 150,000 test calls per month to measure our call success rate. Monthly network availability is measured to ensure 99.95% core network availability.
